Run to Whitewater 2022

October 16, 2022 had perfect weather for the runners. Slight cloud cover and a high of 71
enabled the runners to comfortably speed up. As we saw with Max Robinson being chased by his
wife Kat. Sixteen brave souls finished the almost 18-mile journey. One gentleman returned to the
start claiming the course was too technical. Some of the climbs are a bit rocky which poses a
challenge. A longtime friend, Sue Ceglowski mountain biked it in spite of numerous warnings on
our part. A group of four gals started a bit early, which Kim was able to make timing adjustments
for. I was at the aid station 3 miles from the finish with Mark Ceglowski (who started this run
three decades ago). I feel inspired to get back at it and re establish the early early group.
