A casual run up Serpents Trail. Dress in your best holiday attire and bring your holiday cheer!
Parking is limited so carpooling is encouraged.
Devils Cabin Christmas Wreath Run/Hike - D3 trail
Join us for the annual MMS Christmas Wreath hike/run. We will take the D3 loop out to the cabin and temporarily "decorate" the cabin for the holidays with some garland and a wreath. The loop is approximately 7 miles.

Mary's Loop - Monday Group Run
We run in all conditions. Like the all of our group runs, this is casual and all abilities are welcome. We have a 5-6 mile standard loop but there are various shorter options to choose from.

Crag Crest Run 2022, Grand Mesa, Western Colorado
It was beautiful day for running on Crag Crest on Grand Mesa amongst the wildflowers and mosquitoes! It was a counter-clockwise course again. This year's 1-2-3 podium was Nelson Jones, Ian Rogers and Megan Sand.

Goal
To establish rules to encourage and facilitate the participation of transgender, nonbinary, and gender diverse runners at Mesa Monument Striders (MMS) events with the goal of ensuring fair and inclusive practices that respect the personal rights and dignity of all entrants while preserving the integrity of competition for awards and records based on division.
Constitution and Bylaws of the Mesa Monument Striders
I. The organization shall be called the Mesa Monument Striders.
- The organization is an affiliate of the RRCA (Road Runners Club of America)
- The purpose of the Mesa Monument Striders is to promote the health and welfare of the community through running and other forms of exercise.
